Mindfulness as Part of Wellness Week

As part of "Thinking Thursday", classes at Fairfield spent some time understanding what mindfulness is, and engaging in a variety of quiet activities including meditation and reflection.  Some classes have engaged in yoga, quiet colouring/creating, use of mentor texts, as well as enjoying fruit infused water throughout the week.  As part of our Wellness Week, students have been learning about what they need to be well in order to help others be well.
